Cancellation Policy

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel a reservation up to 12 hours before the reservation takes place with no penalty*. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the order we charge half (50%) the original amount of the order up until 2 hours before the order.  If you cancel less than 2 hours before the order or don't show up we charge FULL CHARGE.  The only exception to that is on an in coming flight if the flight is cancelled.  In that case there is no charge.  However if the flight is cancelled the car reservation is also automatically cancelled and you need to reschedule.
